We have already stayed in that appartment twice. It is roomy for 2 to 3 people, has a well equipped kitchen and sufficient store space even for a longer stay. The location is very good and quiet, the next well stocked supermarket only 300 m away, within a radius of 700 m are a lot of shops of all kind as well as some restaurants or pubs. To the next shore it is only a short walk and the safe swimming beach next to the harbour is also only about 750 m. The host is very friendly and if something is not quite right he puts it right in due time. This appt also has access to a common area in the attico (roof top) where there are free to use laundry machines, some clothing lines and sunbeds. Need not to be said that there is free WLAN and satellite tv. There is no garage but ample parking space in close vicinity. The only thing that we missed is linen service but this is only necessary if one stays a bit longer, which I recommend to do. All in all 5 stars!

This was a first class accommodation for a longer stay in Playa de San Juan. Distance to the next shore is about 100 m, bathing beach perhaps 800 m. Very well stocked supermarket in short walking distance (about 300 m). The next good cafeteria is 100 m, the next restaurant probably twice that. There are several Titsa bus lines running in close vicinity to either Los Gigantes oder to Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos thruout all days in 30 min intervals. All major amenities are in the village, several good restaurants, hairdressers, shops etc. As for the appartment: this is nicely furnished and offers free Wifi, satellite tv, cooking facilities, a small bathroom with everything one needs and a spacious terrace with 2 sunbeds. There is also a roof terrace wgich can be used by all guests and the are also the laundry machines (each appts have 1 assigned). The landlord is very friendly and caring and if something is not right he will rush and put it right. Highly recommended!
